My love affair with food started at a young age. Growing up, I loved to spend time in the kitchen, watching and learning how different ingredients worked well together, where they came from, and tasting different recipe variations.

I have had an expansive twenty career in hospitality and events. I have had the pleasure of working in many different environments and creating various experiences, but no matter where I found myself, it always came back to food.

Creating in the kitchen is my happy place, and breaking bread with the ones I love - that's what I live for.
